Setting up your account.

  1. The Account Creation section just reguires some basic information. Everything with the * is required. Your phone number is not required here. When completed, select Continue to Payments.

    1. The Business Information section allows you to enter the information that will appear on the main ad page. The Business name is the name that will appear on all the coupons as a link to your main ad page.

    2. The Description will appear on your main ad page so think about what you want to have on this page. You can add a link to your website in this description.

    3. The Business Hours will also appear on your main page. You can only have 50 characters in this section so be brief. However, you must put something in this section. Use something like Open 8am to 5pm weekdays.

    4. The Website URL is the link to your web site so put it in here if you have a web site.

    5. The Contact Information section is where you will put the information about how to contact you. This will appear on your main page. The address will be used for the Map Quest feature so that your customers can find your business.

    6. Everything with the * is required so you will need to put a phone number here. This phone number will appear on your main ad Page. Select Proceed to Login.

    7. You are now at the Finished page and can proceed to the login page.

    8. You will see that your account has to be approved. If you try to log in before it is approved, you will get a message that your account has expired and you will be returned to the login page. Just try again later.


Your advertiser administration panel.

  1. Your account information section allows you to edit and update your account information. Just select the various edit links to change your account information. Notice the ADD Additional Contacts link. You can add more contacts if your wish by selecting this link. Some of this information will appear on your main business page so check it carefully.

  2. The Coupon Manager section will show you the status of your coupons. Just select one of the choices in the dropdown window and it will display all your coupons in each status. This is where you will see your stats. You will see the number of views and the number of printouts above each coupon. Here is where you can edit your coupons.

  3. The Create Coupon section allow you to create your coupons. Your company name and a link to your main coupon page will automatically be entered on the coupon so don't put it in the coupon title area. You can put a link to your web site in the coupon area.

    Don't worry about making a mistake. You can edit or delete the coupon later.

    1. The Coupon Title area is the top link of the listing so use something to describe your coupon. Use something like "Save on Diamonds" or "FREE Pizza".

    2. Next is the Select Category area. Just select the the category closest to your item.

    3. You need to also select a Subcategory. If your main catagory doesn't have a subcategory to select. Change the main category to other and select other as a subcategory. Email us with the category and subcategory that you want and we will add it. You can then change your coupon.

    4. Now you can upload a coupon logo or and item picture. I usually add this later because, if you have any errors, this will not be saved. To add an image, just use browse to find the image on your computer. When you select browse, a window will open to allow you to find the image on your computer. When you find it, just select it and save it.

    5. The info section is limited to 250 characters. So keep it short. I usually just enter a sentence and edit it later because if it is too long, your image upload and your category selections will be removed and you will have to enter them again. When you add text to this section, you can use the symbols above the white text box to modify the text. You can also add link or remove it.

      A suggestion is to have one main line in 3pt type and bold. Select the other lines and select 2pt type and bold.

      You should consider putting your address or at least your phone number in the coupon description so that after your customer prints out the coupon, they will have your information. If you have an online store, put a link to the item in the description.

    6. The terms section is like the info section. So keep it short. Once again, I don't really use it, but you must enter something.

    7. Finally, you get to put in the price of the item.

    8. Now enter the expiration date of the coupon. This is a little tricky because you must use the correct format. Note the it is 09-20-2009. You need 2 digits-2 digits-4 digits or you will get an error. Just select preview coupon and see the results.

    9. From the preview, you can see your coupon. If you didn't upload your image and didn't really put all the info in the coupon, it doesn't matter. Select Submit for Approval. You will edit it later

    10. To edit your coupon, go to the drop down window next to coupon status on the next page or in the coupon manager. Just edit each coupon.

  4. The History section is just a list of your account payments.

  5. The Coupon AD section is a link for you to use to place the top ten coupons on your site. We would appreciate the advertisement.

  6. Logout is for you to logout. Finally something that is easy to do.
